Family Discipleship Resources

There are so many wonderful resources out there that can help us as we seek to disciple our children. But before we dive into some of our favorites, I wanted to encourage you of two things. First, I want to encourage you to use the Bible above all resources as your go to resource in discipling your kids. God’s Word is sufficient to guide us in all things and should be our central resource for family discipleship. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to teach the Word of God to our children diligently as we walk by the way sharing Christ all throughout the day with them (Deuteronomy 6: 5-7). Second, I want to implore you to keep it simple. Often a long list of resources can be exciting and we want to start implementing them all. Start small, keep it simple, and focus on the resource of the Spirit working through you as you share Christ in the everyday moments of life with your children.

All that to say, I hope you will find these resources are filled with God’s Word and help you to point your family to the hope of the gospel in your everyday moments together. Often the idea of discipling our kids can feel overwhelming and we don’t know where to start.
